Yesterday is the official start of High Season at the beach. This happens when the first summer residents return. The quiet gray days of winter will be soon be replaced by the sounds of children laughing and having fun. Neighbors will take time to have a morning cup of coffee in their PJ's and evenings will be spent looking over the catch of the day.
